Not sure if you lot have tried this yet, but, what I did to prepare this issue is to apply a third political party app called - QuickPic. It allows y'all to choose which app you want to upload to including Facebook for HTC Sense(I have the HTC Sensation by the fashion). This app also allows you to choose multiple pictures to upload at once and lastly, information technology allows y'all to create a new album to put your newly uploaded pictures into instead of just "Mobile Uploads"(make sure that if the "Create Album" option isn't listed, you would need to scroll all the way to the top of your list to observe it. Promise this helps.
Go to the Facebook App -> Go to "Photos" on the left menu (nether Apps)-> hit the "+" button -> Select your pic -> Yous'll be asked to provide a caption. Just scroll up and yous'll meet an icon of a photo with a plus symbol. Click on this and select the album you lot desire to upload it to.

Bacon's method works... just how lame is that? why didn't they just leave information technology how information technology was??

I've used the MyAlbum facbook uploader. Probably even so volition considering of the bulk capabilities, but still thank you a lot salary!
I take a FB Page for my business- the Contour is non visible, simply the business organisation Page. The Android FB app only allows photos to be uploaded to the Page's Wall photos- information technology won't upload to a specific (or new) Anthology for that Page. It only uploads to the Contour's albums...the MyAlbum facebook uploader does the same affair. Suggestions every bit to how to upload images to an Album in a Folio?

chanchan, I did effort Friendcaster- it downloads pics to the Contour, non the Page..unless I'm missing something in a setting, somewhere...?
I also tried MobilePageManager- that uploaded pics to the Page, but only ane at a time, and information technology doesn't allow creation/management of Albums...unless I missed a setting somewhere...?
On friend caster, when uploading a picture: open gallery>share moving picture to friendcaster>there's a dropdown menu in that location that lets you choose which anthology.
I recollect they broke the FriendCaster app with a recent update. I was e'er able to popular photos into the Wall Photos album, but that option to put in that album is no longer there on the latest version (only lists all my other albums, but not the "Wall Photos" ane.
Bacon, you method works peachy .. and I may check out the MyAlbum Android app, as that looks like it'll be quite skilful.

Hope they set the Friendcaster App though (only broken since they went to v4.10)

After 4 hours of non-stop trying to become this work (plus the 10 other hours over the concluding few months) i figured out a solution that fixes EVERYTHING.
Get-go, there is the share option from the gallery's "share" push button.
You have "facebook" which will mail service to your wall, this is the same every bit the new "camera" thing that facebook but released. They are the same in i.
The other is "facebook for mytouch" this is how you upload to your albums.

Problem for MANY people, including me, is this was giving a failed upload and non saying why.

So to gear up it
- Make certain under "accounts and sync" that the facebook for mytouch has your current password. Mine didn't fifty-fifty requite an fault stating it was the wrong countersign.

- And the big one....
Yous need to log into facebook.com and select EACH album, and change the privacy settings to something, just modify it from what information technology currently is and modify it dorsum!
For some reason that was causing it. I saw online i had "custom" just on my telephone it was saying "friends of friends" on another it was maxim "friends" on both and was working fine.

I will take a lucky estimate and say during a FB update (server side) they changed the way the privacy works which glitched it with our phones apps.

So its a simple set up!

I tested it with 5 different albums and everytime just past changing the privacy settings, it fixed them 1 at a time.

The new fb version the plus cymbol is gone at present and I can't select what album I want. The moving picture to become to , anyone take a fix ? I don't want to apply another app to practice it merely the fb app ?
I thought salary 333 had a set merely its non working. Any assistance out at that place???
What on earth is Mytouch?
(It's non Android, and it's not Facebook, and it'south non applicative for all Facebook users on Android phones, and it doesn't fix everything. So: )

New Facebook version once again today, v 1.nine.2. Facebook's shortlived "Camera" is now gone, and the other functionality seems about the same equally before - there are photos, there are photo albums, but photos tin can't be put in photo albums. (Great.) Or has everyone found a solution within the Facebook app?

Over to third-party apps: For the time existence I use Speedy Uploader instead to share my Android'south gallery pictures to a specific anthology on Facebook. It'southward really quick & easy, it'south possible to tag people but information technology seems impossible to add together a location to the photos.

Photograph upload, to whatsoever album, with tagged people, with photo location.
That's how to put photos on Facebook (and it'south not too much to expect of any code snippet that claims to handle Fb photograph uploads).
But does whatever (free) 3rd-political party app do information technology?
Does Friendcaster do the whole trick? I oasis't tried information technology out myself (yet).
Not certain what is incorrect with FB developers but they seem to exist removing essential functionalities ane later on the other. Why would anyone remove such great feature... very foreign.
In any example, I am also using the Speedy Loader and the Quick Upload function let me select into which album to upload or even upload to my pages.
This is exactly what the FB app should be doing.

Sorry guys. I'chiliad not the sharpest pencil in the box, but what was the terminal solution to get photos uploaded to a FB album, instead of the wall?
This is driving me nuts as well I need to b able to change what anthology information technology goes in
So does that mean you lot're at least getting it to get to an album? I can only get it to go to the wall. What are you doing to get the pics to post to a FB album?

Can anyone help with the new Facebook update? I don't want to have to download a 3rd-party app. I just want to use the Facebook app to upload a pic to an album similar I was able to do a few weeks ago! Grrrrrrrr.
